About Me

Here is why I find Real Estate so satisfying. It is:

  • Protecting my clients with effective price and condition negotiation.

I am a Father, Husband and yes, a very happy Grandfather with three grandsons who are the lights of our lives.

I have a university degree in Business and History.

I was in the Loyalty industry in the Toronto area as in sales management for 20-ish years before entering Real Estate. Most of that time was spent negotiating large international property contracts and managing the customer satisfaction of those involved.

What have I done lately? Well, I am proud to continue a long track record of sales over-achievement by earning the Diamond Award for Real Estate Sales Leadership for 2020. This is awarded to the 3% top producers in the Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound Region. For the past 5 years my production has been at least in the top 5%, including 2023. I am also proud to say, I have qualified in the TOP 10% in the province in 2023.
