My husband and I had a unique relationship with Morrison because we were buying a home from outside the country in the middle of the pandemic. We put 100% of our trust in him, and we were not disappointed. We looked at countless homes through the lens of his cell phone. When we finally won a bid, it was a nail-biting experience with me attempting to cross a closed border to close on the home (forgive the pun) in mid-May of 2021 when Ontario was in a serious lockdown. We were able to seal the deal, but I was unable to spend the first night in my new home because of a missing key. That part was a little anti-climatic along with the price of a hotel room. But we love our sweet little home in Canada's prettiest city, and we thank Morrison for helping us get here.

Morrison was such a treat to deal with. I really noticed he was there to help us out beyond what I would expect from a realtor when our deal ran into problems with the bank. Not to get into details but Mo really made it smooth and less stressful than needed to be in those crazy times. Also, even since our deal has closed, Mo has stayed in touch and answers any real estate questions that I have very promptly.

We contacted Morrison directly as the selling agent of a home that caught our interest, he was easy to communicate with, making multiple options available for us to view the home as we were still in COVID times and lived 4 hours away. We met in person and were greeted with his kind and professional manner. He took the time to get to know us and understand our situation and preferences. We ended up placing an offer on the house, Morrison maintained his professionalism as he guided us through the offering process. His knowledge of the current market aided us in building an offer that was accepted by the sellers. A relief to us after many horror stories of people looking and bidding on multiple homes. He made the process as smooth as can be. We were quite anxious but his easy going and realistic manner put us at ease. Had our offer not been accepted we would’ve been disappointed but knew we had found an agent that would work for us.
